What does Rose restore and clean?
Rose handles water damage, mold, fire and smoke, storm damage, medical-grade cleaning, and air duct and dryer vent cleaning in Orlando and surrounding areas.
What is medical-grade cleaning?
It is a detailed particulate-focused cleaning process for sensitive environments that can include HEPA vacuuming, detailed surface cleaning, dehumidification, negative air pressure, and HEPA air scrubbing depending on the scope. It is not a medical treatment and does not promise a health outcome.
Does Rose clean air ducts and dryer vents?
Yes. Rose offers air duct, dryer vent, and vent stack cleaning as a standalone service and may include duct cleaning in restoration projects when the scope calls for it.
What happens on the first visit?
We make the area safe, photograph the loss as found, stop the source if we can, map moisture, get written authorization, then start work.
How do I request help?

Will insurance pay for the work?
Coverage decisions belong to the carrier. Rose documents the loss and the authorized work. We do not promise that insurance will pay.
